25/05/2025 – “From Coast to Coast” A journey between Genoa and Buenos Aires.

by | Jun 2, 2025 | Latest News

On Sunday, May 25, 2025, on the occasion of May Revolution Day, we invite you to a unique gathering of tradition, culture, and gastronomy designed to celebrate 20th century immigration and the unbreakable bond that unites the shores of Genoa and Buenos Aires. This event is meant to be a testament to the migrant roots that have shaped the identity of two peoples, through the dishes, stories, and traditions that have crossed the ocean.

In collaboration with the Slow Food Genoa movement, our event will feature chefs and allies of the association, who with passion and creativity will bring to the table a selection of dishes that tell the story of the encounter between Ligurian and Argentinian cuisine, culinary traditions that intertwine, enrich and transform over time.

A tribute to our migrant roots, but also an opportunity to approach such a current and significant issue in a context of meeting, sharing and cultural exchange.

Guest chefs and winemakers:

The Anchovy, Off Course, Jelly, Martissima, Matthew Frugone.

45€ per person
58€ including three glasses of wine
